  • Generate and build high-quality lead databases by researching decision-makers using Google Maps, LinkedIn, and online business directories.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to introduce FinByz’s ERPNext and AI solutions.
  • Identify business challenges of prospects and pitch suitable ERP and automation solutions.
  • Connect with international leads to explore collaboration and partnership opportunities.
  • Track and bid on ERPNext and Python-related projects on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
  • Coordinate and schedule initial meetings between prospects and the internal sales or technical teams.
  • Reconnect with existing and past clients to promote newly launched AI tools and solutions.
  • Assist in preparing case studies and sales materials by converting completed projects into professional PDF documents.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and expos, collect business contacts, and support post-event follow-ups.


Key Skills

1. Must-Have Soft Skills:

• Thick Skin & Resilience: Sales involves rejection. They must be able to hear "No" 10 times and still make the 11th call with enthusiasm.

• Curiosity: A genuine interest in how businesses work (e.g., "How does a factory manage inventory?"). If they aren't curious, they can't sell ERP.

• Communication: Clear verbal English is non-negotiable for international calls. Written English must be professional for emails/LinkedIn.


2. Technical/Hard Skills (Bonus if they have them):

• LinkedIn Proficiency: Knowing how to search for people by "Job Title" and "Location."

• Basic Research Skills: Ability to find a company's decision-maker using Google/LinkedIn (not just calling the 'Info' number).

• Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with ChatGPT (to write emails) or basic CRM tools.


3. The "Finbyz Fit" (Cultural Fit):

• Problem Solver: Instead of asking "What do I type?", they should ask "What is the goal of this message?"

• Hustle Mindset: Willingness to visit an expo or pick up the phone without hesitation.
