Business Analyst Internship

- Conduct personalized pre-sales sessions to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
- Manage business requirements, including design and analysis.
- Provide end-user training, create BRDs, and develop prototypes.
- Design process flows, conduct testing, and define support procedures for ERP implementations.
- Oversee the full ERP implementation life cycle and testing phases.
- Translate customer requirements into company processes and solutions.
- Facilitate cut-over and go-live processes, and assist in system testing.
- Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions.
Key Skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration with expertise in any 3 business domains (e.g., Accounting, Sales, IT)
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in product demonstrations, ERPNext knowledge preferred
- Initiative, creativity, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
