ERPNext Functional Consultant

- Conduct pre-sales sessions to understand client needs and propose ERP solutions.
- Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Understand business requirements, GAP analysis, and system design.
- Oversee the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Develop process flows, prototypes, and functional documentation (BRDs).
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with developers for customizations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure performance and security standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and business analysts.
Key Skills
- Education: MBA, CA, or a professional degree in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in ERPNext experience
- Domain Knowledge: Expertise in Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ERPNext and certification of ERPNext is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Customer Focus: High service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
