We are looking for a rock-solid Accountant who wants to evolve into a Functional Consultant. You will start by managing our internal accounts, but your real growth path is learning ERPNext (a leading Cloud ERP) to deliver high-value financial services to our global clients. This is your chance to move from "bookkeeping" to "business consulting."


Who We Are Looking For We don't need you to know ERPs yet—we can teach you that. "We need you to know Accounting inside out"

  • Do you understand the exact Debit/Credit impact of every transaction?
  • Have you helped an auditor finalize a company’s Balance Sheet?
  • Can you look at a Ledger and immediately spot a mistake?
  • If yes, you are the right fit.


    • Key Responsibilities

  • Core Accounting (Internal): Handle end-to-end accounting including Sales, Purchase, Bank, and Journal entries.
  • Reconciliation Expert: Perform rigorous Bank, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations.
  • Compliance: Manage GSTR 1 & GSTR 2B reconciliations and TDS calculations/payments.
  • Operational Support: Ensure timely settlement of utility bills and expenses.
  • Client Services (The Growth Path):
  • Learn ERPNext to assist in Opening Balance Reconciliation for clients (migrating legacy data with perfect accuracy).
  • Conduct Transaction Audits (reviewing client ledgers to identify discrepancies).
  • Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)


    • Strong Accounting Fundamentals: You must have crystal clear concepts of Accounting Principles. You don't just "enter data"—you understand where the money moves in the financial statements.

    Audit Experience: Experience in assisting auditors or finalizing books of accounts is highly preferred.

    Tech Savvy: You don't need ERP experience, but you must be comfortable with computers, Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot), and willing to learn new software fast.

    Problem Solver: You enjoy finding the "missing penny" in a reconciliation.
