Role Overview

FinByz Tech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Outbound Marketing Executive for its Ahmedabad office. Your mission is to help us grow our business both in India and across the globe. You will be the key person connecting our AI services and ERP solutions with clients who need them. This is a proactive role where your energy and communication will directly drive our success.

Job Description

  • Finding Opportunities: You will look for new business leads from Domestic (India) and International markets.
  • Platform Management: You will stay active and responsive on professional platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer to find and bid on new projects.
  • Direct Outreach: We will provide you with data, and you will also find your own (data scraping). You will reach out to these potential clients through Cold Calling and professional emails.
  • AI & ERP Pitching: You will pitch our AI-driven services and connect with overseas ERPNext partners to build strong collaborations.
  • Professional Proposals: You will be responsible for creating clear and beautiful Business Proposals that explain our value to the client.
  • Marketing Support: You will help validate and improve content for our Website and Social Media to ensure our brand looks its best.

  • A Go-Getter: You are comfortable making calls and reaching out to people you don't know yet.
  • Always Active: While your working hours are fixed, you understand that being quick and responsive on platforms like Upwork is the key to winning deals.
  • Great Communicator: You can explain complex things (like AI) in a simple and convincing way to any client, anywhere.
  • Organized: You can handle multiple platforms and follow up with leads without letting anything slip through the cracks.
