About the role
As an ERPNext Functional Consultant at Finbyz Tech, you will work with clients to understand their processes, design suitable workflows, and guide projects from requirements through go-live. You will collaborate with technical teams and help users adopt the solution.
What you'll do
- Lead process mapping, requirements gathering, and gap analysis with clients.
- Guide ERPNext configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare process flows, prototypes, and business requirements documents.
- Train end users and work with developers on customizations and integrations.
- Help junior consultants and business analysts deliver successful projects.
What we're looking for
- At least two years of ERPNext experience.
- Knowledge of accounting, sales, purchasing, or manufacturing processes.
- An MBA, CA qualification, or related professional degree.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
