Job Description

  • Conduct pre-sales sessions to understand client needs and propose ERP solutions.
  • Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Understand business requirements, GAP analysis, and system design.
  • Oversee the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Develop process flows, prototypes, and functional documentation (BRDs).
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with developers for customizations and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure performance and security standards.
  • Mentor junior consultants and business analysts.

    • Key Skills & Requirements

  • Education: MBA, CA, or a professional degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in ERPNext experience
  • Domain Knowledge: Expertise in Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ERPNext and certification of ERPNext is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: High service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
