SEO & Social Media Manager


Job Description

  1. SEO: Keyword research, on‑page optimization (titles, meta, tags), video SEO (YouTube keywords, tags, chapters), technical SEO audits, and backlink building.
  2. Website Management: Regular SEO checks, updating content, and ensuring fast load speed & mobile responsiveness.
  3. Content Creation: Convert videos into SEO‑friendly blog posts using ChatGPT; repurpose for other formats.
  4. Publishing: Schedule to YouTube/LinkedIn/X/Instagram using a unified scheduler; add chapters, tags, end screens.
  5. Copywriting: Craft hooks, titles, descriptions, hashtags; convert transcript into LinkedIn post and X thread.
  6. Engagement: Monitor and reply to comments/DMs; escalate lead queries to the right consultant.
  7. Analytics: Track rankings, retention, CTR, subs, saves/shares, and backlink performance; manage Google Analytics for reporting.
  8. Automation: Generate ideas to automate the manual efforts using AI or automation tools.


Key Skills

  1. Experiance: 2–4 years in SEO, content marketing, and B2B/SaaS social media management.
  2. SEO expertise: YouTube + website SEO, backlink strategies, keyword research, and technical SEO.
  3. Content marketing: Blog writing, repurposing, and optimisation.
  4. Platform ops: YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, X, Instagram; scheduling tools (Zoho Social/Publer/etc.).
  5. Analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console, retention/CTR fundamentals, keyword tracking.
  6. Automation & AI: keyword clustering, prompt writing, blog generation from ideas/transcripts.
