Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the ERPNext FICO Consultant, handling Finance & Accounting functional consulting.
  • Configure ERPNext Finance modules: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, multi-currency, and tax setups.
  • Design Chart of Accounts, fiscal years, workflows, and financial statements.
  • Conduct GAP analysis and prepare functional specifications for the development team.
  • Troubleshoot finance-related issues, including identifying incorrect reports and pinpointing the exact accounting entry errors.

Technical / Functional

  1. Strong expertise in ERPNext Finance/Accounting modules (Chart of Accounts, GL, AR, AP, Assets, multi-currency, tax setups).
  2. Experience in troubleshooting financial discrepancies and incorrect reports.
  3. Ability to track, analyze, and resolve accounting entry errors within ERPNext.
  4. Knowledge of Frappe Framework, functional specifications, and integration processes.
  5. Understanding of accounting hygiene and ability to guide developers to maintain it.

  7. Familiarity with SAP FICO processes is a plus.
