Job Description

  1. Conduct personalized pre-sales sessions to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
  2. Manage business requirements, including design and analysis.
  3. Provide end-user training, create BRDs, and develop prototypes.
  4. Design process flows, conduct testing, and define support procedures for ERP implementations.
  5. Oversee the full ERP implementation life cycle and testing phases.
  6. Translate customer requirements into company processes and solutions.
  7. Facilitate cut-over and go-live processes, assist in system testing.
  8. Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions.

Key Skills

  1. Master's degree in Business Administration with expertise in at any 3 business domains (e.g., Accounting, Sales, IT)
  2. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  3. Experience in product demonstrations, ERPNext knowledge preferred
  4. Initiative, creativity, and results-driven mindset
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
