- Packaging: YouTube titles, descriptions, tags, chapters; 3 thumbnail options per video; end‑screen & info‑cards.
- Multiformat exports: 16:9 YouTube, 9:16 Shorts/Reels, 1:1 if needed; correct loudness/bitrates.
- Templating: Maintain presets for captions, motion styles, LUTs, SFX, and lower‑thirds; keep a reusable asset library.
- Workflow: Maintain a clear task pipeline; hand off final assets to scheduler; maintain revision logs and metrics.
Key Skills
- Experience: 2–5 years in YouTube/short‑form editing for tech/B2B
- Strong command of DaVinci Resolve / CapCut.
- Motion graphics for explainer callouts using Runway/Typeframes/CapCut.
- Audio: noise reduction, EQ/comp, loudness targets.
- Platform craft: aspect ratios, codecs, export profiles, subtitles.
- YouTube packaging: hooks, chapters, thumbnails, metadata.
- AI tooling: Descript or Whisper, GPT prompting, Runway/Pika (or similar), ffmpeg basics.
